Christi Anne is a Sex Educator, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Chaplin and so much more. She works her mysterious magic to create safe spaces for her clients and students to open up and talk about their desires, wants and even explore their true “No’s”. Today I invited her in to help us understand how she helps her students develop a consciousness around their sex life - i.e. Erotic Intelligence.

Think of this as you listen: Emotions are energy in motion and they are POWERFUL. Yet in our culture, we aren’t taught to move with these waves of emotions allowing them to be just that - waves of energy in motion. Instead we end up clinching and holding them in the place of origin - where they get stuck, building until they feel overwhelming and dangerous. Perhaps no other energy has been as shamed as that from our sacral, i.e. sexual area of our body. What Christi Anne - and I - are here for is to help you learn how to MOVE this energy so it does feel safe, lovely, and within your control to help you connect to Spirit, God and all of Life.
